Pumps & Mixers

PURCRAFT offers a variety of rock-solid air-driven pumps and mixers specially designed for corrosive and high viscosity materials.

The air-driven pumps and mixers are available for hobbocks, 55gal drums and IBCs. They are fully air operated, reasonably priced, and easy to maintain.

The drum mixers (agitators) are fully air operated and have self-collapsing (gravity) blades to allow insertion through a standard 2″ drum bung. Clockwise rotation by the air motor spins and extends the blades into mixing position. Shaft, blades, and all other wetted parts are stainless steel.

Pump Features

• 1:1 or 2:1 ratio
• Fully air operated.
• 2 ball piston design provides uniform positive displacement.
• Extremely durable pump with long life packing.
• Specially designed piston seals do not come into contact with material pumped. Hence, a longer life span as it is able to handle highly problematic fluids like Isocyanates which crystallizes on piston rods upon contact with moisture in air and rupture seals.
